100% Sauvignon Blanc located in Southern Marlborough’s cool, dry, and windy Awatere Valley. The majority of the fruit comes from blocks located on the ancient river terraces of the upper Awatere Valley. These grapes are pressed into stainless steel tanks for cold settling, after fermentation, the wines are left to settle on their yeast lees for a short period before being racked again into stainless steel tanks for maturation. This is the first Maori- owned winery, giving back to the original inhabitants of New Zealand who put their signature on the land.

100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from premium vineyard sites with restricted yields, located in the Southern Wairau and Awatere Valleys of Marlborough. The vineyard soils are friable silt loams over alluvial gravels. Clouston & Co uses all sustainable farming practices as well as the wine is created vegan friendly. This Sauvignon Blanc is predominately fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small portion in concrete egg tank and clay amphora. The wine was then aged on light yeast lees for six months. This 5 generation family business takes responsibility to represent the distinct flavors of New Zealand.

100% Chardonnay from the Limestone coast, just south of Adelaide. This region is known for its unique limestone rich soil type and Mediterranean like cool climate. This allows the grapes to have a slower ripening time and can give a distinct mineral characteristic to the wines because of the soil type. Hidden Sea has a wonderful mission as they partner up with 4ocean, one of the world’s most credible ocean cleanup organizations. Every time a bottle is sold, Hidden Sea states that the weight of 10 plastic bottles is removed from the ocean!

99% Chardonnay & 1% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the southern reaches of the Margaret River region. These grapes were sourced from the Allingham vineyard and were grown on gravel and clay loam soil. Fermentation and partial malolactic occurs in a combination of 30% new and 70% used French oak barriques and barrels. Fermentation is temperature controlled and the lees are stirred regularly from the end of fermentation and throughout the malolactic. 9 months of aging finishes off this Chardonnay, with 1,500 cases produced.

100% Pinot Noir from the Murray Darling region inside Victoria, this region mostly enjoys warm summer days and cooler nights, perfect for Pinot Noirs. These grapes were cold-soaked for 2 days to draw out desired flavors and aromas while minimizing harsh tannins, then skin-fermented for 5-7 days. Post-fermentation, the wine was gently pressed, with a small portion aged on medium toast French oak for a soft rounded, subtle oaked profile.

100% Pinot Noir from the Raupo vineyard in the Omaka Valley made with all organic grapes. This Vineyard is certified organic and is on alluvial silt, gravel and clay soil. The word Momo means offspring in Maori and is all about enjoyment and the simple pleasure of good wine. This Pinot Noir was fermented for 14-21 days, then was pressed into small stainless steel vessels and neutral oak barrels. Aged for 6 months before blending and bottling.

100% Malbec from Hawkes bay region which enjoys dry summers with moderate, cool nights. This wine reflects a Malbec grown in the Bridge Pa Appellation on the Heretaunga Plains. The soils are Silty-loam, free-draining red metal of mixed alluvial and volcanic origin. There were two clones of Malbec (595 & 1056) grown on 3 different blocks around the Bridge Pa Triangle. These grapes were slightly crushed and underwent partial malolactic fermentation before being cold macerated for 6 days on skins. Not much aging occurred as it was released in the Spring as a Nouveau wine.
Greenock Creek Vineyard Shiraz, Barossa Valley, AU

100% Shiraz from Seppeltsfield vineyards, was gravity fed to open fermenters lined with slate that are kept underground. Pump-over occurs 3 times daily, with a soft splash technique. The aim is for soft, integrated tannins rather than grippy tannin profiles. Free run juice, along with pressings are then gravity fed into 5000L underground tanks to be combined with the drained off juice. Then transferred to stainless steel tanks for two days, and wine was matured in 20% new French oak and the rest in seasoned American oak for 20 months.
